Rachel Longaberger Stukey is President of The Longaberger Foundation. She also serves as a shareholder of The Longaberger Company and is a member of the company's board of directors.
As President of The Longaberger Foundation, Rachel manages and oversees the operations of this philanthropic organization. Established in 1997 by Dave, Rachel and Tami Longaberger, The Longaberger Foundation formalizes the family's commitment to reach out to others with compassion and resources. The Foundation provides funding for projects and programs designed to strengthen communities, families and individuals.
Rachel joined The Longaberger Company in 1987 and has managed the areas of human resources and manufacturing. She has been instrumental in developing several proactive, company-wide initiatives including the on-site Employee Health Center.
In addition to Longaberger's corporate and foundation responsibilities, she serves on a variety of community and charitable boards, including the Children's Hospital Inc. board of trustees, Columbus; Children's Hospital Foundation, Columbus; The JoAnn Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute board of trustees; and the National First Ladies' Library advisory board.
Rachel also has demonstrated leadership in past service in government and industry as a board member of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Ohio Governor's Residence Foundation. She was the first woman chair of the Ohio Manufacturers' Association board of directors.
Rachel resides in Central Ohio, with her husband, Dr. Todd Stukey, and her six children.
