Guidelines
Registered U.S. Soccer teams with players between the ages of U9 and U16 are invited to apply. Players must be registered to the team submitting an application. Approved players with player passes will be allowed with a maximum of three guest players, travel permits required. All teams must provide medical authorizations for each player in a form adequate for use at the tournament and also submit a completed liability form (provided at time of acceptance). Each team will play a minimum of three games on fields used exclusively for the Longaberger Soccer Shootout.

Rules
Referees
All referees will be currently registered with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). Games will utilize the diagonal system of control. The tournament referee assignor is Larry Normansell, USSF certified assignor and Ohio South District 4 Director of Referee Instruction.
